INDIABOUND HOLIDAYS, while undertaking tours, transportation, hotel accommodation and other services only acts as an agent on the clear understanding that it shall not be, in any way, responsible or liable for any accident, damages, loss, delay or inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged by the company, its employees or agents. All bookings are accepted and executed with utmost care, yet no responsibility is undertaken for any change or deviation on account of factors beyond control. INDIABOUND HOLIDAYS reserves the right to modify any arrangements required by and made on behalf of the clients and to cancel the same without prior notice.

CANCELLATION : Refunds will be based absolutely on the guidelines of INDIABOUND HOLIDAYS. All hotels in India insist on one months' clear notice for cancellation or substantial reduction in Group bookings. For bigger movements like charters etc the notice period for cancellation is correspondingly more. Group booking cancellations with less than one month’s clear notice are subject to 01 night minimum cancellation charges for each hotel booking. Although we reserve the right to charge USD 150 as handling fees to defray the expenses already incurred on communications etc.

REFUNDS : For package tours 90% refund will be made only if cancellation request is made by the guest at least one month before the tour commence. Whereas in case of individual hotel bookings, cancellation request should reach us at least one week in advance and the same should reach us a month before the date of check in at the hotel to avoid retention charges.
